Local Creativity Labs s.r.o., IČO: 08412022, with its registered office at Pavelčákova 437/6, 779 00 Olomouc, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Ostrava, Section C, Insert 79463 ("we", "us", or "our"), acts as the data controller for personal data processed through Agentic Flow.

2. Legal Basis for Processing

  • Contractual Necessity: To deliver the digital products you purchased.
  • Legal Obligation: To comply with tax and accounting laws.
  • Legitimate Interest: To improve our service and ensure security.

3. Data Collection & Usage

  • Personal Information: When you purchase, we receive your email address and name via our payment processor (Gumroad). We use this to deliver the JSON template and provide support.
  • Payment Data: We do NOT store or process your credit card details. All payments are handled securely by Gumroad Inc., acting as the Merchant of Record.
  • AI Context: Agentic Flow is a workflow template. We do not have access to the data you process through your private n8n instance or OpenAI/Anthropic accounts. Your API keys and data remain within your own infrastructure.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We share minimal data with trusted service providers only when necessary:

  • Gumroad: For payment processing and digital delivery.
  • Vercel: For website hosting and basic, privacy-focused analytics.
  • Email Services: To send you the product and critical updates.

5. International Transfers

As we use global service providers (like Gumroad), your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA). We ensure all partners provide adequate data protection levels as required by the GDPR.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:
