Terms of Service

1. Contracting Party
These Terms of Service are entered into between you and Local Creativity Labs s.r.o., IČO: 08412022, DIČ: CZ08412022, with its registered office at Pavelčákova 437/6, 779 00 Olomouc, Czech Republic, registered at Krajský soud v Ostravě, oddíl C, vložka 79463 (the "Company").
2. Scope of Services
The Company provides Agentic Flow (a digital workflow template) and related resources for professional productivity and automation. By purchasing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate billing details during checkout via Gumroad.
- You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the workflow for personal or internal business use.
- Unauthorized redistribution, reselling, or reverse engineering of the paid materials is strictly prohibited.
4. Payments and The "Agentic Flow" Guarantee
- Payments: Handled securely via Gumroad Inc.
- The 30-Minute Promise: We stand behind our product. If you follow our provided video onboarding guide and cannot get the workflow running within your n8n instance, we will provide direct support to assist you.
- Refunds: If we cannot resolve the setup issues together, a full refund will be issued. To qualify, you must contact us at support@agenticflow.com within 14 days of purchase and demonstrate that the setup guide was followed. Outside of this guarantee, due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Company provides the workflow "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss or API costs) arising from the use of the service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
